The following special provisions have been established for our launches at our Kishwaukee Park / Davis Road and Hughes Farm launch sites.
- When you park, make sure you park with adequate spacing between other cars. Please leave an open parking spot between you and any other cars.
- Launch participants must practice social distancing (6 foot separation).
- If you cannot maintain social distancing, as say when you’re working on a rocket with someone else, please wear a mask.
- In order for us to keep a contact list, we have a registration table; please sign in with your name and contact information when you arrive.
- The range will be run using “Misfire Alley” instead of with a central launch system. You must bring your own launch pad and electrical launch system, and may not share a launcher with other members outside your household.
- We use paper flight cards to keep track of all flights. Fight cards are available at the registration table. Please complete your flight card prior to launch and give it to the Range Safety Office (RSO, who will be wearing a safety vest).
- Announcements will be broadcast on the PA system.
